A Musical Meditation Experience: Main Theater
The experience is a meditation and reflection event led by the Inspiration Team and inspired by the Taizé community formed during War II in France. The monastic community was encouraged to live in the spirit of kindness, simplicity and reconciliation. It’s is an opportunity for you to go within, to sing along when your spirit is moved, or sit with eyes closed; whatever suits your needs. The experience is a time to truly awaken your soul.

We all experience stress in our lives and in the world around us.
How do we care about the world without being overwhelmed by it?
How do we live consciously and experience joy in these uncertain times?
In this experiential workshop, we will explore self care as a spiritual practice on a personal level and the impact of our own practices on the world. We will explore stress from the bottom up: the root causes, symptoms, beliefs, and impact of stress on our body, mind, and spirit.
We will explore the nature of burnout, compassion fatigue, and caring for the caregiver. We will help participants develop personalized, holistic care plans to guide a path to greater self care.

Healing Voices: Conference Room
Have you ever been told you can’t sing, you shouldn’t speak, or you’re too loud? Do you hear any one of the hundreds of messages that make our voices smaller, seemingly insignificant or that make us want to hide away and be silent? Then, this workshop is for you. Together, in a safe and nurturing environment, we will explore some of those messages, talk about their impact, and together through creative exercises and vocalizations, will begin the process of healing and sending our unique voices out into the universe where they belong.

Laughter Yoga: Cafeteria
The spirit of laughter can be cultivated easily with others. Together, we will do simple, easy, and fun exercises, yogic breathing and deep relaxation leading to a group laughter meditation followed by a sound healing. We will then experience silence together and explore five vital areas of our life through guided meditation. No yoga necessary. Wear comfortable clothes. All ages welcomed.
